This course is designed for Personnel who are involved with the operation, supervision or inspection of cutting & welding in mines.
MDG25 Training minimises the risks to health and safety of people where cutting and welding activities are being carried out on a mine site or in product processing plants. MDG25 Safe Cutting and Welding at Mines, has been compiled to assist Owners, Operators, Managers and the NSW Department of Primary Industries Mine Safety Operations, to develop, implement and audit management systems for the safe cutting and welding operation in mines.

Entry Requirements

Physically fit, ability to speak, read & write English.
Please note: To ensure a high level of safety during the course, participants may be subjected to random Drug & Alcohol testing. Your acceptance of this is confirmed upon registering as a participant of this course.

Materials or Equipment Required

- Learning materials are provided.
- Please bring enclosed footwear, 100 points of ID, hard hat (if owned), weather suitable clothing and Lunch.
- Tea & Coffee Provided.
