Description

This course provides learners with the skills and knowledge required to safely perform dogging activities.
Learners will understand how to identify hazards, calculate load weights, sling and move loads safely. The training will include sufficient time to allow learners to practice their skills prior to their assessment.
This course is essential for people working in industry who are required to sling and move loads and provides a pathway to obtain your high-risk work licence to perform dogging.

Entry Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age, physically fit, ability to speak, read & write English.
Please note: This course may require participants to operate heavy equipment for the practical components of Training & Assessments. To ensure a high level of safety during the course, participants may be subjected to random Drug & Alcohol testing. Your acceptance of this is confirmed upon registering as a participant of this course.

100 points of ID (see downloads below)

Materials or Equipment Required

- Learning materials are provided.
- Please bring enclosed footwear, High Vis Shirt (vest available) , 100 points of ID, hard hat (if owned), weather suitable clothing and Lunch.
- Tea & Coffee Provided.
