Description

This course provides learners with the skills and knowledge required to safely operate an EWP and Scissor Lift covering the entire range 0 to 11m and above 11m (High Risk Work Licence).
Learners will understand how to conduct a pre-use check, learn about safety aspects required in operating an EWP, and how to mobile an EWP safely. The training will include sufficient time to allow learners to practice their skills on an EWP prior to their assessment.
This course is essential for people working in Warehousing and Logistics and provides a pathway to obtain your high-risk work licence to operate an EWP and also covers your employers obligations to provide training for scissor lifts under 11m.
This course is essential for people who are required to operate a EWP as part of their duties within the workplace.

Entry Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age, physically fit, ability to speak, read & write English.
Please note: This course may require participants to operate heavy equipment for the practical components of Training & Assessments. To ensure a high level of safety during the course, participants may be subjected to random Drug & Alcohol testing. Your acceptance of this is confirmed upon registering as a participant of this course.
